Successful marketing entails serving up the right content at the right time at the right place using best practices in inbound marketng. Learn how Groove tripled site traffic in 6 months using inbound marketing methodologies and a shoestring marketing budget.

In 2007, Ethan left the comfort of directing e-commerce for the nation’s largest privately held staffing company to start Baltimore‐based Groove. In 2010, Groove had doubled in size and needed the space and community to support their growth, which led to their move to the ETC on Boston Street. In 2013, Groove graduated from the ETC and moved into its own award‐winning space in Harbor East/Little Italy. Today, Ethan has built Groove to be one of the nation’s premier creative digital agencies, specializing in eCommerce, web design, inbound marketing, and branding. An entrepreneur at heart, Ethan was managing profitable yard sales at 10‐years‐old and started a very successful DJ and karaoke service at the age of 16. Prior to founding Groove, the Allegis Group benefited from Ethan’s entrepreneurial spirit and he is credited for pushing the business down the digital path.
